Hi James:
Loved your geometry site. Can you help me with one thing? I saw your second tiling above and was wondering how to draw lines that go under and over alternately. If you are using tiles to do this, then I think I understand. I want to draw these without using tiles. Is that possible. I use java generally, but can use any language.

I draw all of these with Adobe Illustrator. I don’t use any processing, programming, or otherwise automated processes, so the tiles allow me to place them more precisely. Also, I only have to draw the over and under pattern the one time, per tile. Then I can duplicate the tile and create fields of the behavior. Good luck!
